We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Here are a few common queries that new customers have raised:

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. The following information will help you with regards to the items purchased.

You may return these within 28 days and will receive a full refund if the original labels are on the product and they have not been used. If you have started to use a product and then feel it isn’t suitable, you can return it, but please note that we will not refund any product that has less than approximately 80% of the volume remaining.

We will refund the full costs of any item properly returned to us including the original delivery charges. Return postal charges however are non-refundable.

We are happy to offer you an exchange; however, you will need to pay the additional postage costs for the replacement item. These items will not be sent out until full postage costs have been received.

We aim to send your parcel on the same day of your order but please allow up to 5 working days for your products to arrive.

Orders after 12.30pm will be process the next working day. Delivery may take up to 2 working days for the Scottish Highlands and the Channel Islands. Orders placed on Friday before 12.30pm will be delivered on Monday (excluding the Scottish Highlands & Islands, please allow up to 2 working days). Orders placed on Friday after 12.30pm will be delivered on Tuesday (excluding the Scottish Highlands & Islands)
