We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. The following information will help you with regards to the items purchased.
You may return these within 28 days and will receive a full refund if the original labels are on the product and they have not been used. If you have started to use a product and then feel it isn’t suitable, you can return it, but please note that we will not refund any product that has less than approximately 80% of the volume remaining.
We will refund the full costs of any item properly returned to us including the original delivery charges. Return postal charges however are non-refundable.
We are happy to offer you an exchange; however, you will need to pay the additional postage costs for the replacement item. These items will not be sent out until full postage costs have been received.
In the incredibly rare instance of something not working or a product being faulty, please let us know immediately by calling on 01625 858008. We will work with you to ensure you are happy and make sure you receive what you would like, exactly as it should be!
